Please read this before you buy. Programs and coaching are non-refundable.

Programs and coaching
Due to the personal nature of this program — including access to live coaching — we do not offer refunds on Foundation, Strategy, Mastery, Complete, or the Private Intensive.
This is not a technicality. From the moment you enrol, calls are held for you and the materials are yours. That cost cannot be recovered afterwards.
If you are unsure, there are two smaller ways to find out first. Read the book for $17. Or book a free thirty-minute call and ask us directly — if this is not right for you, we would rather tell you before you buy than after.
You can also start with a single track rather than the full program, and add the others later paying only the difference.

The book
Stop Waiting Start Coaching is a $17 PDF delivered immediately.
Because it is delivered straight away, checkout asks you to confirm two things before you can pay: that you want the download made available immediately, and that you accept this means losing the right to cancel. Ticking that box is what makes the purchase final. We record when you did it.
Having ticked it, the book is non-refundable. If you would rather keep your cancellation right, do not tick the box — but we cannot then release the file.
If your download link fails or expires before you have used it, tell us and we will send a fresh one at no cost.
For counsel: the waiver is drafted against the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 reg. 37 and art. 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, both of which require express consent to immediate supply AND a separate acknowledgement that the cancellation right is lost. Please confirm the wording, and whether the acknowledgement needs to be reproduced on the receipt as durable confirmation.

Business Engine services
Done-for-you builds are quoted and scheduled individually, and each one reserves production time.
For counsel: set the position on deposits, cancellation before work starts, and cancellation mid-build. These run from $1,850 to $16,000, so this is the section most likely to be disputed and the one we have deliberately left for you to draft.

Monthly subscriptions
The Monthly Content Package and the Strategy Retainer bill monthly and can be cancelled at any time from your account.
Cancelling stops the next payment. It does not refund the month already in progress, and you keep the service until that period ends.
If you were charged after cancelling, tell us and we will refund it.

The Hub listing
The $199 annual directory listing is non-refundable once your listing is live. If your application is not accepted, you are not charged.

If something goes wrong
This policy is about changing your mind. It is not about us failing to deliver. If you paid for something and did not receive it, or it was not what we described, contact us — we will put it right.
Please talk to us before raising a chargeback. A chargeback on a non-refundable purchase will be contested with this policy, and access is suspended while the dispute runs. An email usually resolves it faster.
